About Us
Orange County Product Managers is a community of product management and product marketing professionals in Orange County, California that facilitates the exchange of ideas, resources and contacts between those in the community. OCPM is not a traditional professional association. There are no membership dues and its events are open to anyone working in product management or marketing within the Orange County business community. Founded in June 2009, Orange County Product Managers is an incorporated non-profit company that has a LinkedIn group of over 1,800 members; hosts regular networking events, educational workshops and other events. OCPM was also the creator of all six ProductCamp SoCal unconferences.
Leadership Team
Greg White - President & Founder
Greg brings over 20 years of product management and marketing experience from the information, software and e-commerce industries at companies like Experian, FICO, First American, Black Knight, RealtyTrac, and Alta Vista. Most recently, Greg was head of Product Management at LCPtracker. In addition to founding Orange County Product Managers and ProductCamp SoCal, he also founded Align Product Strategies, a product consultancy that helps companies grow their businesses by aligning their product strategies with their target markets. Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and resides in North Tustin with his wife and their three sons.
Mark Kanitra - Treasurer
As a Territory Manager for Chevron, Mark covered much of the Southern California market and led the development of over 30 Chevron stations. His success led to his role as the Market Optimization Specialist where he managed the Strategic Network Planning process for markets in the U.S. In that role he standardized and streamlined the strategic planning process and led an application development team to enhance the management of these plans. This experience gave him an appreciation for the product management field. His support for the product management field began with his participation at ProductCamp SoCal in 2011 and he has been part of the team ever since. Mark graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1983 and currently resides in Anaheim, California.
Aram Fatoure - Secretary
Aram Fatoure is an entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in technology, business, and project management. She has worked across industries such as retail, real estate, and AI, bringing a unique perspective to the OCPM board. Aram holds a J.D. from Southwestern Law School and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA, blending legal and business expertise with a passion for technology. As Secretary and Program Strategist at OCPM, she focuses on fostering collaboration and driving AI integration in product management.
TRAVIS JOHNSON - PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Travis brings 8 years of product management experience across HR tech, consumer products, and B2B platforms. Currently a Senior Product Manager at TCW Global, he leads AI-first initiatives. He co-led Reddit's r/productmanagement Book Club, building it to 2,500 members. He also serves as Lead of Create Labs for Faithtech, connecting technologists with nonprofits and underserved communities. As Director of Professional Development at OCPM, he helps product managers develop skills for an AI-native future. An ultra distance gravel cyclist and co-founder of a concierge longevity micro practice, Travis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from Calvin University and resides in Irvine with his wife and two cats.

ROSAALIE SHAH - PRODUCT LEADERSHIP DIRECTOR
Rosaalie brings over 15 years of product leadership driving innovation and business growth across EdTech, CRM, e-commerce, and digital advertising. Her experience spans launching 0-1 products and scaling 1-N solutions for startups to Fortune 500 companies, with strengths in leveraging AI and ML technologies. Most recently, as Head of Product for Coursera's business and government segments, she championed AI-driven initiatives to expand global access to world-class education. At SugarCRM, she helped transform the flagship product into a comprehensive suite, accelerating revenue growth. At eBay, her leadership doubled the size of the Magento Commerce app marketplace, expanding market reach. Rosaalie remains active in the startup community as an advisor, while also mentoring product managers and staying engaged with her UCLA network.

Cosette is a senior product manager for onboarding and data conversions at Henry Schein One and has experience that spans both product management and product marketing primarily across healthTech and govTech. She works in B2B SaaS, championing user-driven product initiatives across companies like Leidos and Laserfiche. She has worked in electronic content services, health tech, business process automation, and robotic process automation. She majored in physics at Scripps College and holds a PMP, CSPO, and PSPO-A. She regularly ranks as a top 1% mentor in both product and product management on adplist.org.

Membership
Orange County Product Managers is not a traditional professional association. There are no membership dues. Registration fees collected at networking and educational events are kept as low as possible. We firmly believe in providing good value at a fair price. Therefore, only those who actually attend our meetings are asked to help fund those events.
We regard anyone who participates in the LinkedIn group, networking meetings, workshops or other events as members of our community. We welcome ALL product managers, product marketers and product leaders located in the Orange County, CA area into the Orange County Product Managers community!
